Blue Hydrangeas in a Blue Vase, Painting by Theresa Paden

The hydrangeas in the garden were just too beautiful 

and I couldn't resist cutting some to bring into the house and paint. 

Usually my painting takes place in the breakfast nook, but 

this time I set up by the dishwasher and stove so the

arrangement could be on a higher surface.

What a shame I couldn't cook tonight and we had to order in :)
